QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree inHotel & Restaurant Management ,Business Administration ,Supply Chain Management ,Culinary Management , or a related field (preferred).
- Additional certifications inProcurement ,Food Safety , orSupply Chain are an advantage.
- 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within thehospitality ,fine dining ,hotel , orF&B industry .
- Proven experience sourcing premium ingredients, specialty items, and luxury food and beverage products.
- Strong vendor network and knowledge of high-quality suppliers, gourmet products, and seasonal market trends.
SKILLS
- Excellentnegotiation ,cost-control , andcontract management skills.
- Strong knowledge offood safety standards ,product quality specifications , and proper storage/handling of perishable goods.
