Job Description
- Ensure that all procurement activities are within the allocated budget and help identify cost-saving measures.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, payment terms, and contracts, without compromising on quality.
- Perform regular cost-benefit analyses to determine the most cost-efficient suppliers and methods of procurement.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast future purchasing needs and budget allocation based on sales trends, production schedules, and market conditions.
- Ensure that all purchases comply with the organizations financial policies and audit requirements. Maintain accurate financial records of all purchasing transactions.
