Purchasing Section Manager

Responsibilities

Take in charge of all the material purchasing which are produced in oversea factory.

Improve oversea purchasing standard process.

Deal with excess or slow moving PO in supplier side including coordination on rescheduling, cancellation or return where applicable.

Develop oversea purchasing team include hiring, setting KPI and target and training related purchasing skill.

Work closely with stakeholder to support production requirements and business needs.

Manage and monitor supplier performance and relationship in terms of delivery, cost and quality.

Lead price negotiation and cost reduction initiatives.

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in management/leadership role in specifically in manufacturing industry.
