PURCHASING SENIOR OFFICER

Join KATOLEC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. as a Purchasing Senior Officer based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's manufacturing operation through effective procurement management.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders with suppliers for the packing materials, chemical materials, factory supplies, and electronic parts.

Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Negotiate to obtain best price, Incoterm, payment term, best MOQ and good quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand inventory requirements and plan procurement activities accordingly.

Review APS/MRP reports, negotiate with suppliers, and plan delivery schedules accordingly.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to purchasing activities.
