Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for purchasing activities, including sourcing quotations and arranging meetings.
  • Manage procurement processes to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and competitive pricing through supplier negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous follow-up.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Additional Information

  • Up to $3500
  • 1 Year Contract
  • Located in Kallang
