Vendor Management and Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential vendors for marketing, branding, OOH, and related services to strengthen the supplier base
  • Facilitate vendor pre-accreditation for marketing, branding, OOH, and related services
  • Conduct vendor due diligence, including compliance checks, license verification, and related-party declarations
  • Maintain an updated list of accredited vendors

Procurement and Contract Management

  • Manage procurement for marketing, OOH, and related services, including canvassing and bid evaluations
  • Lead commercial contract reviews to ensure financial and business terms are accurate, fair, and aligned with company policies
  • Review contracts to ensure terms are enforceable and compliant
