We are currently looking for a Purchasing Technician to join our International Organisations team in Alicante.
Main responsibilities
- Creation and management of purchase orders with suppliers
- Incident management
- Management of payment invoices and follow-up of their subsequent accounting
- Collaboration with other departments within the same or different teams
- Performing small-scale coordination tasks for a team
We look for
Education: Studies related to Administration and/or Accounting .
Languages: English at a minimum B2/C1 level.
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
