Purchasing Technician (she/he/they)

We are currently looking for a Purchasing Technician to join our International Organisations team in Alicante.

Main responsibilities

• Creation and management of purchase orders with suppliers
• Incident management
• Management of payment invoices and follow-up of their subsequent accounting
• Collaboration with other departments within the same or different teams
• Performing small-scale coordination tasks for a team

We look for

Education: Studies related to Administration and/or Accounting .

Languages: English at a minimum B2/C1 level.

IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience working in areas related to administration, accounting, finance, invoicing and/or payments.
