We are currently looking for a
Purchasing Technician
to join our International Organisations team in Alicante.
Main responsibilities
Creation and management of purchase orders with suppliers
Incident management
Management of payment invoices and follow-up of their subsequent accounting
Collaboration with other departments within the same or different teams
Performing small-scale coordination tasks for a team
We look for
Education:
Studies related to
Administration and/or Accounting .
Languages:
English at a minimum B2/C1 level.
IT Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
