Context and Purpose of the job 


As an intern, you will support the Buying team in order entry activities, supplier administrative management, and data entry, with specific focus on visual display elements, including mannequins, busts, and hangers across different product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Participation in creative briefing meetings to gather project specifications on an ongoing basis

  • Entry of purchase orders into the company’s management system

  • Ongoing update of expense tracking files related to the purchase of Image Goods, in compliance with the budgets communicated by the various departments

  • Management of administrative relationships with reference suppliers, including order sharing and coordination of payment methods and timelines

  • Support and collaboration with internal administrative contacts in handling any issues related to orders and invoices
  • Requirements

  • Degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel

  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Preferred knowledge of the SAP system

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset
