Responsibilities
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers; negotiating contracts and purchase orders for favorable terms.
- Managing day-to-day purchasing, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure they meet company standards.
- Ensuring purchases are cost-effective, managing budget adherence, and maintaining contract compliance.
- Monitoring supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and audits, and addressing any issues.
- Working with internal departments to understand their needs and aligning procurement with broader business goals.
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation for compliance purposes.
