Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for international clients
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries and complaints
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and attendance
  • Adapt to 5-day rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
