Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for international clients
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries and complaints
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and attendance
- Adapt to 5-day rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
