We are looking for a Pursuit Manager to join our team at Merkle MENA, part of dentsu!
As Pursuit Manager, you will apply a standard approach to opportunity management, coordinating/supporting pitch teams to enable time savings and higher win rates. You will manage 2-5 deals at one time, depending on complexity, from qualified to close as prioritized by the Growth Officer. In this role you provide the best available content, manage pitch deck versioning, coordinate meetings, deliverables and pitch day logistics to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
Main Role responsibilities
Project Management Excellence: Lead the end-to-end management of high-value sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Strategic Leadership: Represent Sales Enablement in qualification calls and drive the development of best practices tailored to the Middle East market.Process Innovation: Enhance processes in line with EMEA and regional strategies, reporting progress to leadership and ensuring alignment with market-specific demands.Content Utilisation: Leverage Merkle’s Content Library to provide tailored insights for local opportunities while ensuring the latest market trends and insights are integrated.Market Research: Direct and conduct research into key sectors such as finance, retail, telecom, and luxury, focusing on the MENA region.What You’ll Bring
A minimum of three years in business development or project management within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in the Middle East.Proven ability to manage and inspire teams, motivating them to deliver exceptional results.Agile, proactive, and culturally aware mindset to navigate the dynamic and diverse Dubai market.Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English essential; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.Looking forward to your application!
