Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PVC Extrusion Plant Incharge and Plant Operators, based in Daman and Diu, India. The Plant Incharge will oversee the overall operations of the PVC extrusion plant, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing production processes, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing downtime. Plant Operators will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, maintaining equipment, and adhering to operational protocols and safety procedures.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of PVC extrusion processes, machinery operation, and maintenance
  • Production management and problem-solving skills; ability to oversee and optimize workflows
  • Knowledge of quality control measures and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues related to extrusion processes
  • Team leadership and supervisory skills for the Plant Incharge role
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and workplace compliance requirements
  • Basic computer literacy and capacity to document and analyze production data
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in PVC extrusion preferred
