PV&V Electrification Engineer
Location: Fargo, ND
Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Overview

We are seeking an engineer to support testing and validation of power electronics systems, including motors, inverters, and converters. This role involves requirement gathering, documentation, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with customers and project teams to ensure product performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and organize test requirements from stakeholders
  • Support PV&V testing of power electronics systems in-house and externally
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test plans, procedures, and results
  • Apply structured troubleshooting and debugging methods
  • Collaborate with customers and project teams to align testing with specifications
  • Travel domestically 1–2 times per year for customer meetings
