PV&V Electrification Test Engineer
Location: Fargo, ND
Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Responsibilities

  • Gather, review, and refine test requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute and support product verification and validation (V&V) testing for power electronics and motor control systems.
  • Document and communicate test results, issues, and schedule status.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with root‑cause analysis of system and test failures.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure testing meets product specifications.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and project teams.
  • Travel domestically 1–2 times per year as needed.
  • Support departmental initiatives as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
