Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP HCM solutions aligned with company HR strategies.
  • Configure and customize various sub-modules of SAP HCM: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with HR process owners, technical teams (ABAP developers, Basis), and other SAP module consultants (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to drive SAP HCM adoption.
  • Troubleshoot SAP HCM issues and provide timely resolution and post-implementation support.
  • Support integration with third-party HR systems and other SAP modules like FI and MM.
  • Stay updated on SAP HCM latest trends, tools, and SAP SuccessFactors integration capabilities.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation related to configurations, processes, and workflows.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in SAP HCM module implementations and support.
  • Strong experience in SAP HCM sub-modules such as PA, OM, TM, and Payroll.
  • Good understanding of HR business processes and employment laws relevant to the region.
  • Experience with SAP Time Management and Payroll configuration and processing is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HCM solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP HR system upgrades, patch implementation, or migrations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM reporting tools such as Ad Hoc Query, SAP Query, or SAP BW is preferred.


Skills

  • SAP HCM certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent modules.
  • Experience with ABAP debugging and working alongside technical teams is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of integration between SAP HCM and payroll service providers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
