We are seeking an experienced PWHT Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post weld heat treatment processes, ensuring the quality and integrity of welded structures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform post weld heat treatment (PWHT) operations on various materials according to industry standards.
  • Monitor and control temperature and time during the PWHT process to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Set up and maintain PWHT equipment, including furnaces and thermocouples.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the effectiveness of the PWHT process.
  • Document and report PWHT results, maintaining accurate records for quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve any PWHT-related issues.
