We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Python Automation Developer to design and implement custom automation solutions across business and technical functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Python scripts for automating repetitive business and IT processes.
Build and integrate automation workflows using file operations, data extraction/transformation, and third-party services.
Design solutions that interact with internal tools, databases, and external systems.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation scripts for performance and reliability.
Maintain clean and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Ensure secure and compliant execution of automation tasks in coordination with IT and security teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of professional experience in Python development, specifically for automation.
Expertise in working with JSON/XML, and OAuth2/token-based authentication.
Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, requests, os, subprocess, schedule, etc.
Knowledge of file handling, web scraping, email automation, and scheduling tools.
Ability to build modular, reusable, and scalable code for automation.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
