RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Design and develop test automation frameworks from scratch using Python programming language.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Explore new testing tools and techniques to continually innovate and improve test automation processes.
  • Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to identify and prioritize test automation needs.
  • Analyse test results and debug failures to ensure that defects are detected and triaged in a timely manner.


    • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET :
  • Demonstrated Python knowledge for at least 3 years
  • Exposure to Linux and Shell scripting
  • Understanding of XML, JSON data
  • Well versed with API definition and usage
  • Have experience with System test Automation and test case definition for distributed system
  • Have understanding of Test plan and test strategy
  • Experience with different protocols like SNMP, TCP, UDP, OPCUA... and Wireshark usage.

    • NICE TO HAVE :
  • Have demonstrated ability to define test bench
  • Basic SQL
  • UAT experience
  • LUA scripting
  • Exposure to performance test

    • EDUCATION : Bachelors in Engineering (Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics)
    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 
  • 3-8 years of Test Automation Experience
  • Test Automation Experience in Industrial Environment / Embedded System preferred.
