Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • Real‑world Python experience and strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
  • Technical writing or open‑source contributions that demonstrate ability to document and communicate clearly.
  • Metacognitive communication skills – “showing your work” is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $8‑to‑$65 per hour, determined after evaluating experience and location. Contractor role; requires secure computer and high‑speed internet. Company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO are not applicable.
