Job Title : Web Developer- Python Lead 

Job Location  : Remote WFH 

Reporting to :  Architect and Dev manager on client side

POSITION OVERVIEW: 

Python/Data Tech Lead - 

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with over 7 years of experience, specializing in Cloud-Native Solutions for high-availability, low-latency, and parallelized back-end applications, primarily using Python. This role requires a Strong background as an Architect developing cloud applications, Microservices Architecture.

Qualification Required:

Experience Required:

A minimum of 8+ years in the software engineering field and Semi-software architect experience. 

Technical Skills:

•  Languages and Frameworks: Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI;

• OS & Platforms: Linux, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker;

• DBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, CosmosDB, RabbitMQ;

• SCM, Build, CI/CD : GIT, Terraform;

• Tools and Libraries: Kafka, Spark, AWS Kinesis, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, Cloud Functions,

• Pulumi, Helm

• Methodologies :  Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Microservices Architecture , ETL, Design Patterns

Communication: 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Languages and Frameworks:  Expert proficiency in Python, along with experience in frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI

 Cloud and Platforms (AWS/GCP Focus):  Extensive experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker. The ability to develop cloud microservices based on Python APIs and backed by a full Kubernetes infrastructure for high availability and interoperability with cloud-native services is essential

 Databases and Messaging:  Experience with various DBMS, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, and PubSub

 Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD:  Proficient in GIT, Terraform, Pulumi, and Helm for SCM and provisioning infrastructure

Serverless/Cloud Services: 

Experience with serverless computing such as AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions

 REQUIRED: 

Architecture: Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles. Must be able to design modern multi-cloud architectures

Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban

Nice to Have (big plus)

Data and ETL:  Expertise in ETL processes and technologies like Spark and AWS Kinesis. Experience building event-driven, serverless architectures to achieve near-zero latency for data serving. Knowledge of TimeScaleDB for handling historical data is a plus

Salary Structure :

Best as per industry standard with CTC including max. 10% variable amount.
