  • Independently design and deliver production software and AI solutions.

  • Ownership, quality, delivery of features, components, and services.

  • High cross-team collaboration.

  • Independently writes, reviews, and debugs production-grade code.

  • Designs and implements ML solutions.

  • Production experience is desirable but not required.

  • Participates in design discussions and enforces best practices.
