Python Developer - AI Start-up | Up to £100K

We have partnered with a fast-growing AI Start-up backed by renowned investors building an AI-powered learning platform.

They are a small high-impact team looking to bring on a senior python developer to take charge and own their backend system.

This is a hands-on position, guiding architecture, setting engineering standards, and mentoring others. You'll be working closely with the CTO and frontend team to build the core product

Key requirements:

• Strong experience on backend systems using Python + FastAPI
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP or AWS)
• Experience dealing with existing codebases rather than starting greenfield
• Solid experience owning backend architecture in a small or mid-sized team

Salary up to £100K + Equity package

Hybrid work – 1 day per week in London offices
