Job Description
- Lead comes in from different APIs and gets added to a leads_table
o The lead table has Date, Customer Name, Phone number and State
- Based on the State of the lead the lead is assigned the Loan Officer
- Every Loan officer is licensed in multiple states.
- Assigned leads can only happen to the agents that are licensed in that state.
- The lead assignment is round robin till 10 leads (from any licensed states) are assigned to individual Loan officer in a day.
- There should be a column to turn the leads on and off for individual Loan officers.
- After 10 leads are assigned per loan officer, if more leads come in then the assignment has to be based on weighted assignment that will be provided manually.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
