What you'll do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Python developers

  • Collaborate across product, DevOps, and QA teams
  • Drive innovation, performance optimization, and delivery excellence

What we're looking for:

  • 8–12 years of Python development experience, with leadership exposure
  • Strong expertise in backend frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
