**Python & React Fullstack REMOTE**

**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with strong **React.js** and **Python**.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS/GCP.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects in a startup environment.
- Someone who enjoys building from scratch, scaling systems, and making key architectural decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for mission-driven work.
- Prior startup experience or having led projects from early-stage to production is a huge plus.
- Located in Canada or South America, with availability close to the PST (California) time zone.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead full-stack development efforts and drive the upcoming major refactor.
- Help bring structure to the project and provide technical leadership in an evolving environment.
- Architect and implement full-stack solutions using React.js (frontend), Python (backend), and React Native (mobile).
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL on AWS/GCP.
- Work closely with the team to define the product roadmap and technical strategy.
- Ensure best practices in software engineering and smooth project execution.
Pay: $153,300.00 - $169,600.00 per month
