Role: Python Trainer

We are growing a new team in Client Research, including new hires with little to no Python experience. We are looking for a highly capable python coder to spend time in designing and running a Python training to help these individuals become proficient in programming. They will:

1.Work with team leaders to design a curriculum both for individuals with no and with limited coding experience.

2.Run daily lessons and help proctor take-home exercises.

3.Track and report on progress.

If the program succeeds, there is an opportunity to join the team full time as a business-facing strat, leveraging Python to help drive quantitative techniques within the department, including data analytics, automated visualizations, and scalable tools.

Qualifications

2+ years experience with advanced Python, including 1+ year experience with pandas

Familiarity with data analytics or statistical modelling is a plus

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
