Build side:

• Refactor, evolve, tune, and develop Python and Java applications on the backend
• Support the team's development and provide extra support across areas as needed
• Promote clean code conventions and best software development practices
• Drive adoption of modern development techniques and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with different teams to detect improvement areas and provide development guidance
