Position:  QA Agile Testers
Location:  Vadodara

Basic Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field (Preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on web applications.
  • Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or Junit.
  • Strong experience programming languages such as Java, Java Script (C# is a plus).
  • Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries using relational database MySQL.
  • Strong Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).
  • Understanding CI/CD pipelines and integration with Jenkins, GitHub CI, or Azure DevOps.

    • Other Job Requirements
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.

    • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple project schedules at different phases of testing, and ability to prioritize.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web applications.
  • Perform manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Document and report defects clearly and track them through resolution.
  • Demonstrate the results to Product Owner and other stakeholders for sign-off on user stories.
  • Participate as an active team member in agile team meetings including planning, sizing, daily SCRUM, and retrospective meetings.
