QA Analyst

• Responsible for the Quality Assurance operations in the assigned feed mill, distribution hub, warehouse or other external facilities, including the operation of the QA laboratory to ensure that the raw materials are accepted and finished goods are released on time and in accordance with the formulation and the physical specifications set by the company and/or the customers.
• Optimizes laboratory operation and capability using a standardized procedures, workflow and testing cycles according to internationally accepted standards.
• Implement audit system to assess complaince to in-process feedmilling requirement
• Handles customer complaint, inquiries, feedback and comments related to product quality.
• Assesses warehousing and manufacturing’s compliance with company and regulatory quality and safety standards
• Monitors operating cost to maintain it within the approved budget
