QA Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a QA Analyst (Mid-Level) with solid hands-on experience testing. This role is execution-focused and will support end-to-end testing activities across multiple implementations.

The ideal candidate is strong in manual functional testing, with exposure to automation and API testing, and is comfortable working closely with developers, administrators, and product teams in an Agile environment.

What you'll be doing

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and UAT scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Perform API testing using Postman to validate integrations with third-party systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools; collaborate with developers and admins to validate fixes.
