Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Testing: Design, create, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual & automated).
Bug Management: Identify, document (log), prioritize, and track defects/bugs to resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Regression Testing: Perform tests to ensure new changes don't break existing features.
Documentation: Create and maintain test plans, test reports, and quality procedures.
Process Improvement: Analyze testing processes and suggest enhancements for better efficiency and quality.
