Job Description

We are looking for a Manual QA Analyst to support the rollout and validation of our new Google CCaaS contact center platform . The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and accuracy of IVA/IVR workflows, agent experiences, and call routing features as the organization transitions away from legacy systems.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual test cases for Google CCaaS , including IVR, IVA, call flows, routing logic, and agent desktop interactions.
  • Validate integrations between CCaaS, insurance systems, and downstream applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, and end?to?end testing to ensure high quality platform behavior across multiple user scenarios.
  • Document test results, defects, and expected behaviors using standard QA tools.
