About the Role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking QA Automation Engineer to revolutionize our quality assurance processes. In this role, you will move beyond traditional, script‑heavy frameworks and leverage cutting‑edge AI and machine learning platforms to deliver faster, smarter, and more comprehensive testing. You will be responsible for implementing and scaling an AI‑driven testing strategy that automates test creation, execution, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is passionate about the future of QA and has hands‑on experience using AI to build resilient, efficient, and intelligent automation solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Pioneer AI‑Driven Testing: Design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that utilizes AI‑powered tools for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Leverage AI Platforms: Employ AI testing platforms to achieve key objectives such as autonomous test generation, self‑healing scripts, integration with CI/CD pipelines, proactive removal of technical blockers, continuous evaluation of emerging AI‑in‑QA technologies, insightful analytics on test coverage and bug patterns, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to champion AI‑driven QA methodologies throughout the organization.
• Integrate and Scale: Seamlessly integrate AI testing tools into our CI/CD pipelines to provide rapid, intelligent feedback to development teams.
• Proactively Remove Technical Blockers: Identify, analyze, and directly resolve complex technical challenges during all phases of solution delivery.
• Evaluate New Tools and Report Insights: Continuously research, evaluate, and prototype emerging AI‑in‑QA technologies, and utilize AI‑driven analytics to uncover deep insights into test coverage, application quality, and bug patterns, presenting these findings to stakeholders.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a software QA automation role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience using modern AI‑powered testing tools such as Applitools, Mabl, Testim.io, Functionize, Parasoft, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of core QA principles, test strategy, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Experience integrating automation tools into CI/CD pipelines with platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and how they apply to testing (e.g., computer vision, natural language processing).
• Experience with performance or security testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Salesforce.
• Proven track record of successfully leading the adoption of a new tool or process within an engineering team.
