Role Descriptions: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and developers ensuring adherence to best practices.Design and implement QA strategies including test plans| automation frameworks| and performance testing. Develop and optimize SQL queries| stored procedures| and data validation scripts for large-scale banking applications.Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand banking-specific requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with Canadian banking regulations| security standards| and internal guidelines. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes| tools| and methodologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across QA and database layers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment.
