Job Title: QA BIOS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

BIOS Validation: Validate BIOS using industry standards and best practices, focusing on UEFI, EDKII, and Coreboot.

Platform Setup: Set up and configure platforms for testing, ensuring all hardware and software components are correctly installed and functioning.

IO Device Knowledge: Validate and troubleshoot IO devices, including USB, Ethernet, I2C, UART, and others.

SOC Knowledge: Apply knowledge of System on Chip (SOC) architectures to validate BIOS performance and compatibility.

PCIe Expertise: Validate and troubleshoot PCIe devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Linux OS: Utilize expertise in Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, RHEL, and Yocto, for BIOS validation and testing.

Power & Performance: Validate power and performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

RAS Expertise: Apply Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS) principles to ensure BIOS robustness and dependability.

Security: Validate BIOS security features, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline BIOS validation processes.
