Genesis10 is currently seeking a QA/Change PM with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX, Addison, TX, and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.



Responsibilities: 




  • Review and approve all changes (including change requests) at various stages in the change lifecycle

  • Ensure work instructions and standard operating procedures are available and aligned to the Change Management Process for the respective domain

  • Monitor, track and control the Change Management Process to meet the required service level targets

  • Follow up on change requests (CRQs) that are incorrectly documented and executed

  • Identify potential standard changes, submit them for approval, and maintain the standard changes which have been approved for the respective domain
