QA Chemist

• Support and maintain the Laboratory Quality System.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment and apparatus. Prepare standard reagents.
• Perform technical purchases. Conduct inter-departmental quality audits.
• Provide quality assurance to clients by constantly reviewing their quality needs and implement new strategies as necessary.

Specific responsibilities:

• In liaison with the Section Heads, implement and ,maintain the Division QA program as per the QA Manual and all related procedures.
• Prepare and calibrate standards as reagents.
• Calibrate and maintain working condition of equipment and apparatus.
• To meet the requirements: laboratory calibration schedule.
• Liaise with QAD personnel, to solve problems relating to analysis quality. Also to initialize and implement new quality tools to raise the overall service standard.
