Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring quality assurance and control in real estate construction projects, maintaining compliance with specifications, standards, and safety codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists.
- Conduct inspections and material testing (concrete, steel, finishing works, etc.).
- Identify non-conformities and manage NCRs with corrective actions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality issues.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, test reports, and inspection records.
- Train site teams on quality standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IS codes, quality control processes, and safety regulations.
- Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred.
