QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

·       Responsible for the full spectrum of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities of the Company

·       Oversee all equipment buy-off requirements, including Internal Buy-Off (IBO) and Customer Buy-Off (CBO)

·       Manage internal and external Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to ensure timely response and closure

·       Review, maintain, and update QA processes, systems, and operational workflows

·       Lead and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance performance beyond basic compliance to standards

·       Monitor and drive quality performance across the supply chain

·       Plan and conduct supplier quality audits, including qualification and re-certification of new and existing vendors

·       Support the Company's supply chain development through effective quality management

·       Prepare and compile weekly and monthly QA reports
