Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer quality complaints and claims.
  • Responsible for investigating failures, root causes through 8D approach.
  • Liaison between internal departments and customers on quality related matter.
  • Drive internal team on continuous improvement projects.
  • Perform data analysis, reports and presentation.
  • Improvement of process implementation of quality system activities in relation to ISO policies and procedures.
  • Supporting QMS and EHS certification.
  • Performing internal, external and 3rd party audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 2+ years' of industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
  • Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
