Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer quality complaints and claims.
- Responsible for investigating failures, root causes through 8D approach.
- Liaison between internal departments and customers on quality related matter.
- Drive internal team on continuous improvement projects.
- Perform data analysis, reports and presentation.
- Improvement of process implementation of quality system activities in relation to ISO policies and procedures.
- Supporting QMS and EHS certification.
- Performing internal, external and 3rd party audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2+ years' of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
- Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
