Responsibilities
- Coordinates with personnel concerned in carrying out study on defective units related problems which requires data and performance analysis.
- Conducts quality meetings particularly QC Inspection related matters.
- Monitors daily QC related irregularities in Production Section for immediate action and disposition
- Schedules inspection and assignment of inspectors.
- Prepares training materials and conducts lectures and training for inspectors.
- Conducts orientation to QC inspectors on new process inspection methods.
- Monitors and control process inspection status to meet production requirements.
- Assumes the responsibilities of the superior during his absence. These include approving and signing of reports, work delegations and control of personnel in the work area.
