QA Engineer

Responsibilities

 Quality Engineer is responsible for understanding business requirements and the team's associated technology solutions. Quality Engineers work within Agile frameworks as part of a larger, cross-functional team with the goal to design, implement, and automate appropriate aspects of the testing effort with efficient, maintainable code. They use a combination of manual testing techniques and automation tools to design, build, test, and deploy effective test solutions. Quality Engineers must also analyze and report on test results and collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify, document, and resolve defects.

Experience:

• 3-5+ years in quality assurance and software testing

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools

• Proficiency in writing test cases, test scripts, and test documentation

• Experience with API and integration testing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills for this Specific Project:

• Experience with manual and automated testing strategies

• Knowledge of Selenium, Provar, or similar automation tools

• Familiarity with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility testing standards

• Experience testing Salesforce applications is highly desirable

• Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
