Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes.
  • Liaise with process department on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.
  • Required to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.
  • Handle external body audit in accordance to TS & ISO requirement

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related
  • Semiconductor industry experience in quality functions is an advantage
  • Familiar with QC tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D) and statistical software (DOE, JMP)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 is a plus
  • Willing to travel overseas and work overtime when required
