Job Description

Manage the QA teams in Incoming and Outgoing inspections, Value-Add processes, customer and supplier quality issues.

Responsibilities: -

  • Lead and provide support to the QA Manager in the QA functions.
  • Assist the QA Manager in the implementation of the company's certificated quality and management systems.
  • Assist the QA Manager to manage customer audits as and when required.
  • Perform supplier quality system audit when necessary
  • Perform monthly QA performance report
  • Interpret rejection criteria and evaluate rejected material
  • Manage supplier and customer quality issues.
  • Manage the value-add process and implement controls to ensure the quality of the product.
  • Escalate and manage any significant events such as safety, quality, regulatory or any compliance issues.
  • Manage the calibration of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment.
  • Assign Exim part number for new items
