QA Engineer

Responsibility

• Supervise a team of QA inspectors in ensuring the inspection, testing and measurement of in-coming material, in-process and out-going products are conducted according to the established procedure and within the defined timeline.
• Maintaining the workflows, processes, and products comply with ISO9001 QMS requirements and customers' expectation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on investigation of customer complaint on product quality and internal non-conformance, including containment actions, material disposition, corrective actions, and risk mitigation to prevent recurrence.
• Support regulatory and customer audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize statistical tools to monitor and assess product performance.
• Maintain laboratory equipment's calibrations, consumables and arrange external microbiological testing.
