Position - QA Engineer
Experience- 2-3yr
Working Mode- On-site
Skill Set - QA, Manual testing, OTT Background, streaming knowledge

Primary Focus

  • Proactive live stream monitoring 30 minutes before live events

  • Ensure feed stability and handle basic escalations via Zendesk

Responsibilities

  • Check live feeds prior to event start

  • Monitor live programs end-to-end and ensure proper cutaways

  • Identify and report issues such as black screens, frozen frames, hits, or stream loss

  • Perform fallback switching to playout content when required

  • Escalate issues to Tier 2 support for advanced troubleshooting

  • Document incidents with accurate timestamps/timecodes
