QA Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Fresher QA Engineer with basic knowledge of BIM workflows and tools to support quality assurance activities for BIM-based projects. The selected candidate will work closely with BIM modelers, developers, and project teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
  
• Perform QA/QC checks on BIM deliverables (models, drawings, data sets)
  
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations in models and report findings
  
• Assist in maintaining QA checklists, test cases, and documentation
  
• Coordinate with BIM and development teams to ensure issue resolution
  
• Support process improvement initiatives for BIM QA workflows
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil / Architecture / Construction / Engineering / IT
  
• Basic knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows
  
• Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD (preferred)
  
• Understanding of QA/QC processes and attention to detail
  
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  
• Willingness to learn QA methodologies and industry best practices
