Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of QC and QA staffs to perform daily routine job and Monitor Quality Control function.
To resolve issue related to products quality and process.
Co-ordinate changes of controlled documents.
Ensure quality documents and records are properly maintained.
Feedback of quality matters to related production sections for immediate corrective actions.
Compile and analyse internal quality performance and identify area for improvement.
To liaise with customer on quality related matters and feedback Corrective Action Plan to eliminate/prevent recurrences.
To liaise with supplier on quality issues with close monitoring and follow up.
Work with Operations & Engineering team for continuous improvement.
Assists superior on handling any other assignments/projects when required / instructed.
